Welcome to our Service Department

At our Service Department we have a loan bike facility, we do insurance repairs, we can collect or deliver your bike. 

We have a large  workshop with 6 workstations & a valeting area. Our technicians receive regular training & have achieved awards in ATA, Suzuki & Kawasaki  programmes.

We have an MOT viewing area, where you can watch your bike being serviced while you wait! All our customers who wait for their service, will receive a complimentary drink from our cafe.

Servicing

Our Service Department provides servicing for Victory, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha and Honda Motorcycles.

Service Type Prices Starting from 
12 months, 2500 miles for bike under 125cc £79.00
24 months, 2500 miles for bike under 125cc £99.00
12 months, 4000 miles for bike over 125cc £135.00
24 months, 7500 miles for bike over 125cc £210.00

Servicing includes Free Vehicle Health Check.


Tyres / Balancing

Tyres fitted £20.00 per wheel if purchased from us.
Tyres fitted to loose wheel from us £10.00.
Ride in price, tyres fitted not from us £60.00 for both wheels.


Diagnostic

1/2 an hour at £30.26 inc VAT.

At Stratstone, we offer nitrogen tyre inflation as an alternative to straightforward ‘air’.

You can upgrade to Nitro’ Inflation for just £15 FOR 2 TYRES, a small price to pay for such personal, economic and environmental benefits.

Wednesday Closed
Saturday 8.30am - 3.30pm *
Sunday Closed

*From 1st July 2010, the Service Department will close at 2.30pm on Saturdays.
